*Ignite is held every Friday and Saturday. Tickets for general admission will be available for purchase up to 2 hours prior to Ignite starting. Only Ignite tickets will be sold and valid during Ignite times*
Please read BEFORE reserving a party or group event:
1. Deposits are nonrefundable. If you are unable to make the scheduled day, we will work with you to rebook the event up to one year from the original booking date.
2. No outside food except cake or cupcakes.
3. Masks must be worn at all times for guests over the age of 2, except while actively eating.
4. All guests need to check in 15-30 minutes early. Extra time will not be added to any party or group due to lateness.
5. Due to limited capacity and party rooms being booked up, parents cannot come early to put up decorations.
6. No wall decorations unless hung with putty. absolutely no tape, thumbtacks, etc.
7. Everyone in the building needs a waiver whether or not they are jumping. please enourage all party guests to fill out their waivers in advance. This will help to expedite the checkin process.
