1. Deposits are nonrefundable. If you are unable to make the scheduled day, we will work with you to rebook the event up to one year from the original booking date.  

2. No outside food except cake or cupcakes.

3. All guests need to check in 15-30 minutes early.  Extra time will not be added to any party or group due to lateness. 

4. Due to limited capacity and party rooms being booked up, parents cannot come early to put up decorations.

5. No wall decorations.

6. Everyone in the building needs a waiver whether or not they are jumping. Please enourage all party guests to fill out their waivers in advance. This will help to expedite the checkin process.
